Christmas Delivery Update

While we will be working very hard to get your orders off to get to you over the Christmas break, but in order to give our staff deserved time with family we will be closed on some days. This could delay the day your order is dispatched but we have aimed to disrupt the deliver as little as possible.

*Want It Now will delivery Monday - Friday, except public holidays.

**Australia Post is closed and not delivering across public holidays. Add additional days for the delivery of you parcel should it be dispatched over this period.

General delivery details

We make secure delivery arrangements with Australia Post for delivery of medications to you at home, work, or anywhere in Australia. We partner with these trusted delivery companies to offer customers a low delivery cost.

All delivery costs includes personalised packing, hand to hand delivery and online trackable abilites. All parcels will be delivered to your preferred delivery address which is recorded at time of registration and confirmed on ordering. Parcels will require a signature so it is recommended to provide an address that is occupied during office hours. Parcels will arrive unmarked for your privacy.

All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt. If there is nobody available to accept and sign for the delivery at the time, the parcel will be retained and delivered at another time. If the goods can not be delivered on second delivery then your items will be held for collection from locate depot. It is the purchases responsibility to pay for an for this additional delivery fees beyond this.

Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if you live in remote areas of Australia.

*Where needed reserves the right to apply a surcharge fee for bulky orders, such as nappies. We will always contact you to discuss options before we apply any charges. **It is advised to use a physical delivery address as some delivery to PO BOX address may occur an additional fee.

Order Packaging

All orders are personally and carefully packaged by a YouSave Chemist staff member. This ensures that your order is sealed, packaged and addressed by a team member whole knows how to best accommodate safe delivery of you order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the day they are received providing the order is received before 5:00pm(AEST) and goods are in stock, including Saturday. All other orders will be despatched the next business day or processed when stock is available. If there is unexpected delays to meet delivery we will contact you with 24hrs of your order received to advise and decide on suitable delivery options. If order dispatch can not be arranged within 72hrs we will offer a complete refund.

#Orders that contain Pharmacist Only Medicine (Schedule 3 Level) will require our pharmacist to contact you and discuss the suitability of the medication prior dispatch. Ensure that you provide a suitable contact number to be reached.

* We reserve the right to limit quantities, and correct pricing errors. Always read the label and use as directed, if symptoms persist see your doctor. Incorrect use could be harmful.
