Packing

We aim to get your order picked and dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. While we get most orders out quicker than this, some special orders will require stocking.

Delivery within Australia

The Standard Delivery option comes with a free parcel online tracking service. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can track your order online at any time of the day. Standard Delivery option will ensure that your purchase will arrives between 7-10 days after you receive confirmation.

Shipping starts at $6.95 for anywhere in Australia and up till 3kgs*. Orders that go over 3kgs or orders of usual size, have additional shipping calculated on the weight of your order, where it is being shipped to and the method selected. The cost of shipping for your order in calculated at the checkout.

Express Delivery within Australia

Express Delivery provides you with the Australia Post Next Business Day Delivery which means you will receive your order faster from the point of receiving dispatch confirmation. Please check the Australia Post website for Express Delivery exceptions.

Express Delivery is calculated on the weight of your order as well as where it is being shipped to calculate the best cost. Express Delivery also allows you to track your order online at any time. Simply follow the link supplied in your email to find out where you order is.

Want It Now Delivery Service

Work or live near a YouSave Chemist store? Then use our new Want It Now Delivery Service to get the order delivered from the store to your door within a few hours^! Find your postcode to see the Want It Now service that you can qualify for and have it delivered.

^Delivery is dependant on stores available stocking of your items.

FREE In-store collection

We’re excited to be able to offer you an in store collection option. For our NSW customers who can access a YouSave Chemist store during opening hours, you will be able to purchase your items online and collect them picked and packed when you stop in.

Most orders are packed within hours of them being placed but we will send you a notification email should your order be ready sooner. Many YouSave Chemist stores are open late to make collection after work even more convenience.

Shipping Worldwide

If you’re parcel requires shipping outside of the Australia, and you can deal with a slight wait, we will deliver to you. We dispatch international parcels weekly, mostly on Thursday and can dispatch up to 20 kilograms per delivery.

There are three options available for International Delivery.

1. The most common and cost effective is Air Mail which is delivered using a non-tracked mail service but gives a reliable delivery to more than 190 countries in 3 to 10 business days. More at auspost.com.au.
2. Available for parcels up to 20kg, Express Courier International is a cost-effective way to make sure your items are received. Items can be sent to more than 190 destinations within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch and a tracking and signed delivery for most destinations. More at auspost.com.au.
3. For just $6 more than Air Mail, Registered post gives you the piece of mind with reliable delivery and compensation up to $100 is included. NOTE: This service is only available for items weighing up to 2kg. More at auspost.com.au.

Postal Delivery Details

We make secure delivery arrangements with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to ensure the delivery of medications to you at home, work, or anywhere in Australia. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if you live in remote areas of Australia. Delivery outside of Australia will be lodged with Australia Post. Using international couriers they deliver orders to you.

All delivery costs includes personalised packing suitable for each order. All parcels will be delivered to your preferred delivery address which is recorded at time of registration and confirmed on ordering. As some parcels will require a signature on delivery it is recommended to provide an address that is occupied during office hours. Parcels will arrive unmarked for your privacy.

Orders that contain Pharmacist Only Medicine (Schedule 3 Level) will require our pharmacist to contact you and discuss the suitability of the medication prior dispatch. Ensure that you provide a suitable contact number to be reached.
